What is this access portal?

A branded starting point for reaching the platform. It provides route choices, availability information, and alternate entry addresses. It does not host your account or the platform itself.

Do SPADE69 and CHECKMATE69 use the same destination?

No. Each platform has its own configured access domain. A platform button only opens that platform; it never switches to the other platform.

What happens if a route is unavailable?

Live monitoring is not enabled for this initial release. Each platform opens its configured domain directly. If it cannot be reached, try again later or contact support when support details are available.

Why should I save a backup entry?

An alternate entry can help during an entry-site outage. It cannot fix a shared platform outage. Availability from a monitor also does not guarantee availability from every network.

What does “policy review required” mean?

An explicit enforcement condition needs operator review. Automatic access selection is paused, and the portal does not switch destinations to work around the condition.
